Jarrell ISD has grown by more than 50% since the last bond election and is projected to double in size over the next 5 years.

  • Each number represents a student coming to Jarrell ISD to learn and grow.

  • 50% growth equates to 1,300 students added in the last two years.

  • Doubling in size equates to nearly 7,500 students enrolled in Jarrell ISD by the 2027-28 school year.

  • When today’s kindergartner starts high school, Jarrell ISD is projected to have more than tripled in size, with over 11,600 students enrolled.

What do these numbers mean?

To address this growth, Jarrell ISD is proposing a plan that includes two new elementary schools, a new middle school, and an expansion to JHS, among other growth-focused projects.
